Senor Sisig: Filipino Food Innovation in the Streets of America

It is always good to know that the Filipino food gets recognized by those with foreign heritage. Aside from the ever famous adobo, and some exotic Pinoy food like Balut, Sisig has been on the roll in the streets of America.

Senor Sisig, which is on a food truck, shows how Filipino innovation on food can penetrate those foreign palettes.

Evan Kidera, co-owner of Sneor Sisig, together with rapper Bambu shows how this Pinoy food is taking America one burrito at a time.
